New reflexology clinic!

Updated: Mar 13, 2019

I'm very excited to be offering reflexology on Saturdays at Fern and Favour in Louth. If you haven't visited Fern and Favour, it's a great little shop offering eco-friendly and vegan products such as handmade soya candles and Himalayan salt lamps. Whether you're shopping for yourself or for a special gift, they stock several unique items focused on well-being and natural health. I recently bought a Nag Champa scented soya candle and it is gorgeous. I love the gentle scent it gives off, so much milder than burning incense. But if incense is your thing, there are many choices available. And these Palo Santo wood which can be used for space clearing:

Other products available are scented soy wax melts, incense holders, jewellery, crystal pendulums, as well as loose crystals and gemstones. If you like natural beauty products, give the Buddha Beauty range a try. Vegan, cruelty free, made with organic ingredients and scented only with essential oils, the products make lovely gifts or even just a treat for yourself!

Above the shop is where you'll find the therapy rooms and a small waiting area. This is where I will be offering reflexology treatments, both traditional foot reflexology and facial reflexology, beginning March 30th. I'll be offering 20 minute reflexology taster sessions for £10 on the first day for anyone who would like to find out what reflexology is all about. Fern and Favour is located at 73 Eastgate, please do pop in to say hello!
